If your Facility is already on the Playeasy database, you can connect it to your Destination profile with the click of a button!
To add a Facility Partner that already exists on Playeasy:
- Head to the 'Admin View' of your Destination profile.
- To access your profile, head to the 'Home' Tab
- On the left-hand toolbar, there is a 'Memberships' Tab that should have your profile listed if you are a manager on it
- Click the name of your Destination
- This should automatically open the 'Admin View' of your profile (If for some reason the admin view does not open, there is an option on the top right of the profile below the banner image to select 'View as Admin')
- From here, click the 'Facilities' tab. All of your partner facilities will be stored here for you to edit or remove.
- Click the blue 'Add' button to begin adding a facility.
- This will generate a list of Facility profiles already uploaded to Playeasy within a 50-mile radius of your Destination in alphabetical order.
- If you manage any of these, add them to your Destination profile by checking the box to the left of the Facility name.
- Once, you have selected all of the Facilities you would like to add to your profile, click 'Add Selected' on the bottom right.
- These profiles will automatically populate on your Destination profile.
- If the Facility you’d like to add is not here, create a new Facility profile in just three steps.

- Click the trash button to the right to remove your association with any facility.
