Why can I not sign in to my Playeasy account?

Issue Symptoms

• The app shows a notification saying there is an "Authentication Issue: Issuer https://playeasy-platform-prod.auth.com is not valid"
• The Playeasy app is stuck in a login loop: It asks to log in again immediately after logging in.

Conditions

• User has been able to login in the past.

Possible Causes & Resolutions

If Playeasy has released some new features some times your browser might have an older version of Playeasy app saved locally. In order to resolve this issue, try refreshing your browser and clearing cache.
