What types of RFPs are there on Playeasy?
There are 3 ways to submit an RFP on Playeasy: Public RFPs, Private RFPs, and Direct Requests.
- Public RFP: Alert all potential hosts in the Playeasy network and post your RFP to Playeasy's RFP Marketplace.
- Private RFP: Choose to alert only the Destinations you are interested in with your RFP. This only sends your RFP directly to these selected hosts, and they will be alerted that this is a Private RFP.
- Direct Request: Send an RFP directly to the Destination or Facility host of your choice. This will only sent to their Leads Dashboard and will not be posted to Playeasy's RFP Marketplace.
What is a Direct Request?
A Direct Request on Playeasy is a private Site Selection Request that Event Organizers send individually to hosts of their choice. Direct Requests are only sent to the potential host's Playeasy Leads Dashboard, and are not posted to the RFP Marketplace.
Direct Requests are an easy, efficient way to request to connect with hosts of your choice directly in just a few steps.
How do I submit a Direct Request?
To submit a Direct Request, start in either the Destination or Facility Marketplace, or right on the Destination/Facility profile of your choice.
In the Destination or Facility Marketplaces, search for the potential hosts of your choice. On their Destination or Facility cards in the Marketplaces, Gold & Silver Destinations and Facilities will have a 'Request Destination' and 'Request Facility' button. Click this button to begin your Direct Request. This will bring you to the start of a Direct Request right on the Destination or Facility's Playeasy profile.
Follow the steps to complete your Direct Request and click Submit. This will be sent to this Destination or Facility's Leads Dashboard on Playeasy and they will be notified of your request. You will be notified if the Destination or Facility responds to your request in the platform via push notification and within your RFP Dashboard.
You can also start right on the profile of your choice to submit a Direct Request. On a Gold or Silver Destination/Facility profile, there will be a red button right on their Home tab that says either 'Request Convention & Visitors Bureau' or 'Request Facility'. Click this to arrive at the same Direct Request field.
Note: None of the details in your Direct Request need to be exact - this is simply requesting a conversation and providing potential hosts with some background on your needs.
