What is messaging on Playeasy?
- Messaging on Playeasy allows you to directly & instantly inbox 500+ Event Organizers on the platform. You can message Event Organizers straight through the platform when they post RFPs or through the Event Organizer Marketplace.
How do I find users' contact information to send Playeasy messages?
- Messaging on Playeasy allows you to directly & instantly inbox 500+ Event Organizers on the platform. You can message Event Organizers straight through the platform when they post RFPs or through the Event Organizer Marketplace.
How do I send a message?
- To send a message, click into the profile you would like to engage. To learn how to find active Organizations & RFPs on Playeasy, click here.
- On the right side of a Playeasy profile, managers will be listed in a 'Contacts' section. Select who you would like to message and click 'Contact'. This will pull up all of this user's contact information, including phone number, email and social channels.
- Click 'Send Direct Message' to begin your reachout directly through Playeasy. This will bring you to your messages tab on Playeasy. Type your message and click the red 'send' button on the bottom right corner.
- This will begin your message to this contact on Playeasy! You can go back to reference these messages anytime. You will be alerted when you receive a response from this individual.
Sometimes there will be more than one contact to message on a profile. Check out contacts' job description below their name to decide who would be best to message for what needs. Click the person you would like to speak with and click 'Send Direct Message'.
Where are my messages stored?
The messages are stored in your 'Messages' tab on your top right Playeasy toolbar. You can access this to see past messages and current conversations.
How Can I access my Messages?
To view your messages:
1. Log in to your Playeasy account.
2. On the top of the screen select 'Messaging' tab.
3. This will direct you to your messages.
Will the person get alerted when I message them?
Yes! The person will get alerted by email and through the platform. The email will direct them to their messages tab on Playeasy. In addition, the bell on the top right corner of your Playeasy account will have a blue number indicating there's action that needs to be addressed on your profile.
