What is outbound messaging?

Outbound messaging is sending messages to Event Organizers. You can message Event Organizers straight through the platform when they post RFPs or through the Event Organizer Marketplace. 

How can I message?

To message someone click into the profile you would like to engage. On the top right hand side you will see a 'Message' button under 'Profile Quick Links', or you can click the red 'Message' button at the bottom of a profile under 'Contacts'. Click the button and begin your message. When you finish the title and body of your message, click 'Send' and your message will be delivered. 

Sometimes there will be more than one person to message. Click the person you would like to speak with and that message will be sent to that person. 

Where are my messages stored?

The messages are stored in your 'Messages' tab. You can access this to see past messages and current conversations.

How Can I access my Messages?

To view your messages:

1. Log in to your Playeasy account.

2. On the top of the screen select 'Messages' tab.

3. This will direct you to your message. 

Another option:

1. Log in to your Playeasy account.

2. Click 'My Account' tab.

3. Select 'My Messages' on the left hand side 

Will the person get alerted when I message them? 

Yes. The person will get alerted by email and through our platform. The email will direct them to their messages tab on Playeasy. In addition, the bell on the top right corner of your Playeasy account will have a blue number indicating there's action that needs to be addressed on your profile.
