How to Access the Marketplaces & Directories on Playeasy
To access Playeasy's Marketplaces, head to playeasy.com and click 'Log In'. Once you're logged in, you'll be brought to your Home tab on Playeasy. This is your Command Center for everything you can do on the platform. On the Right, your 'Quick Links' bar houses Playeasy's Marketplaces which feature all Playeasy users by type. Here, you can prospect & make new connections!
What Marketplaces are on Playeasy?
Playeasy's Marketplaces include:
- Event Marketplace
- Organization Directory
- Facility Marketplace
- Destination Marketplace
- Hotels & Things to Do
- Vendor Marketplace (Companies that provide goods or services to the sporting event industry)
- RFP Marketplace
How do I search the Destination Marketplace?
Click 'Destination Marketplace' under your Quick Links. This Marketplace houses all 300+ Active Destinations on Playeasy. On the left, search by Destination name, filter by Destination type, region or state. On the top right, click the 'Featured' button to change your sort order to view by State, Last Updated, or Newest added.
Each Destination card in the Marketplace features a 'Follow' and 'Share' button if you would like to follow along their content. The 'Request Destination' allows you to send a private Site Selection Request (RFP) to the Destination of your choice. Click this button to begin an RFP to send only to this Destination.
Feel free to click on any Destination card to visit their profile. Here, you can learn more about Destinations all-in-one-place and discover their Facilities, upcoming & past events, community partners, posts, and more.
How do I search the Facility Marketplace?
To search Facilities on Playeasy, click 'Facility Marketplace' under your 'Quick Links'. This Marketplace houses all 12,000+ Facilities on Playeasy. On the left, click the blue 'Map' button to explore Facilities on an interactive nationwide map.
Back on your Directory view, explore filters on the left. Search by Facility name, filter by the Sport you need to run an event for, Facility type (Arena, Convention Center, Stadium, etc.), location, and region. Below, further filter by space type and minimum space count depending on your needs.
On the top right, click the 'Featured' button to change your sort order to view by State, Last Updated, or Newest added.
Gold and Silver Playeasy Facility profiles will have the 'Request Facility' button on their Marketplace card, just like Gold & Silver Destinations. This allows you to send a private Site Selection Request (RFP) to the Facility of your choice. Click this button to begin an RFP to send only to this Facility.
Feel free to click on any Facility card to visit their profile. Here, you can learn more about Facilities all-in-one-place and discover their upcoming & past events, community partners, posts, and more.
How do I search the Vendor Marketplace?
Click 'Vendor Marketplace' under your 'Quick Links' to explore all Vendors on Playeasy. This Marketplace houses all service providers in the Sports Event & Tourism Industry on Playeasy.
On the left, search by Vendor name, or filter by Services Offered, Vendor Type, Customers Supported, or Locations Served to find a possible partner for you.
Click 'Follow' to stay in the loop with Vendors of interest. Click into any profile to learn more about the services each Vendor provides to sporting events.
