How to Create a Playeasy Event with AI

Paste in your existing event page link and let AI fill in the details for you. Just review, confirm, and submit, and your event microsite is live in seconds.

    What is Event Creation with AI?

    Most destinations already have a web page for the events they host. Instead of re-entering that information in Playeasy, you can paste the link to your existing event page, and AI will pull in the event details for you.

    You stay in control the whole time. Every field AI fills in can be reviewed and edited before you submit. Once it’s live, your event page automatically features your destination’s partner hotels, local businesses, and promotions around the host location. That gives every visiting team and family the full event experience.

    How to Create an Event with AI

    1.) Go to Playeasy.com and log in to your Playeasy account.

    2.) Click “Market Event” below the “Start a Post” button on your Home page, OR go to the Admin View of your Destination profile, click the “Events” tab, and click the blue “New” button.

    3.) Select [Create with AI].

    4.) Paste the link to your existing event page, such as the event page on your website or the event organizer’s site, and click [Generate].

    5.) AI will fill in the event details from that page. Review each section and make any edits:

    • Basic details: event name, dates, event type, and sport(s)
    • Location details: address and host facility
    • Registration & tickets: registration, hotel booking, and ticket links
    • Event details: age range, gender, level, and event description

    6.) Configure your event settings. Choose how hotels are handled, including live hotel rates from your partner hotels, and confirm that local businesses and promotions are enabled around the host location.

    7.) Submit your event, and your event page is now live!

    What Does AI Fill In?

    AI pulls in whatever details are available on the page you link, such as [event name, dates, location, sport, registration links, and description]. If a detail isn’t on your event page, that field will stay blank so you can fill it in yourself before submitting.

    Tips for the Best Results

    • Use the most detailed page you have for the event. The more information on the page, the more AI can fill in for you.
    • Always review the dates, venue, and links before you submit to make sure everything is accurate.
    • After your event is live, you can add photos, documents, and hotel specials anytime from the “Events” tab on your profile.
