What does the Playeasy and Simpleview partnership entail?
- The primary goal of the partnership is to leverage Playeasy and Simpleview to create a comprehensive, digital Sports Tourism solution that with a powerful integration between the two platforms, as well as a strategic alignment of thought leadership around the Sports Tourism market.
- The ongoing partnership will help ease the sales & management process for Destinations across the country to seamlessly collaborate between the two platforms.
How does the sales integration work?
- The sales leads integration from Playeasy to Simpleview is the first integration launching as part of the Playeasy and Simpleview partnership. This is launching Q4 2023.
- Playeasy and Simpleview will be working on future integrations that will allow customers to sync Facility, Event, and Local Business data between Playeasy and the Simpleview CRM. Additionally, future CMS integrations will allow Playeasy content to be directly embedded into your Simpleview website.
How do you purchase and activate the integration?
- The Playeasy and Simpleview integration connectors are sold by Simpleview. Playeasy can help streamline that process by connecting you to the Simpleview team. Contact us here for assistance.
Will the Simpleview connector change my Playeasy renewal cost?
- Purchasing the Simpleview connector will not change your Playeasy renewal date or cost. Playeasy can work with your team if you would like to adjust your Playeasy contract to align with your Simpleview start date.
Can I add this on to my existing Playeasy membership?
- Yes! We will work with your team to activate a Simpleview connector during any part of your Playeasy subscription cycle.
- The Simpleview connector is available to Silver and Gold Playeasy users only.
What happens if my organization is on Playeasy, but does not use Simpleview?
- No problem! This integration will not affect any Playeasy user that does not use Simpleview.
What if I am not currently a Playeasy customer, but I use Simpleview?
