      What analytics can I see on Playeasy?

      On Playeasy, you have access to enhanced real-time analytics across all of your content. On your Organization profile, you have a Reports Tab that provides a birds-eye view to your Organization profile views & analytics across all of your Events. You can click here to learn more.

      How do I access my Event analytics on Playeasy?

      On your Playeasy Event pages, you have a full break down of page views & clicks that updates in real-time. 

      To access your Event analytics, head to your Event page and click 'View as Admin' on the top right. Click the 'Reports' tab.

      Your Reports Dashboard defaults to display your overall Event activity from the past 30 days. On the top right, you can switch this to display data from the past 30, 90 or 180 days.  

      • Event Performance: Views across all of your Event page. This report includes clicks on registration, hotel, and ticket links so you can track your success & Event growth.
      • Hotel Clicks: Clicks on any hotel specials added to your Event.
      • Promotion Redemption: Views on any local business promotions added to your Events.

      What data can I see in my Event analytics?

      Your Event Performance Tab displays:

      • Overall page views
      • Unique visitors
      • Engagement time (how long visitors are on your page)
      • Where in the country your views are coming from
      • Registration link clicks
      • Ticketing link clicks
      • Hotel link clicks
      • Dates of views
      • Source of views

      Your Hotel Clicks Tab displays:

      • Hotel special link clicks
      • Unique visitors
      • Where in the country your views are coming from
      • Dates of views
      • Source of views
      • Which hotel special links have been clicked (if there are multiple specials)

      Your Promotion Redemption Tab displays:

      • Promotion link clicks
      • Unique visitors
      • How many times promotion QR Codes are shown
      • Website link clicks
      • Where in the country your views are coming from
      • Dates of views
      • Source of views
      • Which promotion links have been clicked (if there are multiple promotions)
