It's important to know that you will NOT be charged until the renter accepts your offer, and your on your way to generating extra business!

Setting up payment

You're required to set up direct deposits before receiving rental requests. 

Playeasy has integrated with the world's leading payment platform, Stripe, to accept money from renters and pay out directly to your bank account.

Setting up payment is simple! On your Facility Profile page, click "Set up online payments," then "Get started."  Once you verify your contact information, you will be sent to set up your account information for direct deposits.

 

 

Why should I sign up for payments?

Payments must be set up before you are able to offer any events in your pipeline.  You will not be charged until the renter accepts your offer, and your on your way to generating extra business!

Playeasy has integrated with the world's leading payment platform - Stripe - to accept money from renters and pay out directly to your bank account.  They are the leader of secure and seamless payments. Gone are the days of tracking down payments.  We keep track of all your pending payments in a single dashboard and we work with the renter to ensure payment is done and that you get your money.

We consider facilities on Playeasy as extensions of our team, and we invest a lot of time and resources to build a platform to ease your booking process.  Taking communication and payment off of the Playeasy platform is a violation of our Terms.  These policies are in place to ensure a secure and positive experience for both facilities and renters.

If a renter tries to initiate a transaction outside of the platform, please get in touch to ensure your hosting status is not affected.
