Confirming your booking

How long do I have to confirm my event?

 

When a facility sends you an offer, they will send an "Expiration Date" on their offer. You have until this time to confirm or deny the offer.

However, the longer you wait, the more chance there is that someone will take this time. We suggest confirming your event as soon as you can.

 

How do I confirm a booking?

 

When you accept an Offer from a facility and pay, your booking is confirmed.  Your down payment for the event will be paid immediately upon accepting an offer. The remaining payment will be processed on the Invoice Due Date, that the Facility set in your Offer.

You can track all payments and invoices for your events on your profile page.  All receipts from your payments will be sent when payment is processed.

 

How do I find the booking confirmation for my rental?

 

You will be sent an email confirming your booking. You will also have access to your booked events on your "Offers" tab on your Profile page.
